The organization C Hôtels Tremblant announced, on January 24, investment of close to $45 million in a luxury hotel complex with spa at the foot of the Versant Soleil runs. The condominium project with hotel management will take shape just steps from the lift, beside a private lake and neighbouring Casino Mont-Tremblant. Sales of the units was announced by real estate agency Engel & Völkers.

“Consolidation of real estate development at the South Side has reached maturity, which allows us to turn to the Versant Soleil for a project of this scale,” indicated Patrice Malo, president and chief operating officer of Station Mont Tremblant (resort). “We are seeing a wave of keen interest for real estate investment at Tremblant and this announcement is excellent news for the resort.”

The five-storey complex, contemporary in style, will boast 92 condominiums ranging in size from one to three bedrooms. It will be equipped with a restaurant, outdoor pool, underground parking with spaces reserved for electric vehicles and a fitness centre as well as the Noah Spa. This indoor spa, with its innovative and exclusive-in-Canada concept, offers an eaunergiquespa experience as well as a wide range of body treatments, massages and esthetic treatments.

Vacationers will be just steps from the lifts in winter and able to enjoy the South Side’s pedestrian village all year round. In summer, they’ll be able to access the lake, use the walking trails and, with just a few pedal strokes, reach the mountain bike trails, the cycling trails circuit and the Ironman cycling training course.

The C Hôtels network currently has eight establishments in operation, including both its hotels and spas, as well as a ski-in/ski-out condominium complex at the base of the Massif de Charlevoix slopes. This project is in line with the group’s objective of having 20 establishments in Québec by 2022.
