The first two phases of a major ski-in/ski-out project announced for the Versant Soleil

Brivia Group announced, during a press conference on September 14, its two first phases which introduce a development of mountainside houses, townhomes and condominiums on the flank of Mont Tremblant’s Versant Soleil. Delivery of the first units is anticipated for 2024.

A true ski-in/ski-out approach will be central to the residential layout, and Brivia will be installing a new private ski lift.

Hymne des Trembles will rise on a 14-hectare site on the west side of Versant Soleil and will provide a total of 64 units in phase 1. Phase 2 will consist of 15 units. The first properties will be ready for sale in mid- October with a starting price of $950,000.

Concept and design

Brivia Group’s goal is to achieve the highest standards of sustainable real estate and to integrate these new buildings seamlessly into their surrounding natural environment. In providing conveniences and common areas related to sports and recreational life in the mountains, the project will provide its future residents with access to numerous four-season terraces, Jacuzzis and outdoor fireplaces.

Respectfully and humbly fitting itself into the mountainside, L’Hymne des Trembles will offer a new way of residing on the land, of bringing together comfort and life in nature, and of harmonizing calm with outdoor activities. The materials chosen will be in symbiosis with the mountain and forest, but also with the rock found everywhere on this land, a vestige of the Inlandsis laurentidien glacier. Branding and interior design for the site have been entrusted to YOO Design Studio, while the architecture will be done by architectural firm MSDL.

“The launch of this development is a concrete, mobilizing stage for the development of Versant Soleil. Through its positioning, this project will provide new accommodation options in natural surroundings while taking full advantage of all the fine things that Mont-Tremblant has to offer. I remind you that while the Mont Timber project was put into pause mode during the pandemic, it remains under consideration. An announcement will be made when the time is right and the project is ready to get under way,” stated Patrice Malo, president and chief operating officer of Mont Tremblant Ski Resort.

“When the project is concluded, if all goes as planned, 500 units of this project, valued at $700 million, will be offered to those who love the mountain that is Tremblant,” stated Kheng Ly, founder, president and chief executive officer of Brivia Group.
