Third phase launched at 360 sur Le Maître

The resort community of the famous Le Maître golf course, designed by Fred Couples, is growing again. Forty 40 new luxury homes will make up the third phase of the real estate project 360 sur Le Maître.

Located in natural surroundings several acres in size that stretch alongside the P’tit Train du Nord linear park, this development features a new model of three-bedroom, one-storey home. The Lac aux Cascades – a small private lake inspired by the lake at the Clubhouse – will be at the heart of this prestige residential project. This third phase will provide, as well, private facilities for families. In the forest, a stream will lead residents to a children’s area, a reading area and a corner planned and designed for bonfires.

The design of these high-end homes, which combine traditional and contemporary architectural features, will echo the agricultural history of the site where formerly “a farm made use of the land”, says Pascal De Bellefeuille, director of sales and marketing for the project. As ever, the use of high-quality materials will result in top-of-the-line finishes. Many large, floor-to-ceiling windows will provide splendid views of the Laurentian landscape and the Lac aux Cascades.

Two models of semi-detached home are available: the Panorama, on the valley side, and the Cascade, the one-storey model with a lakeside terrace. “Each of these residences has a private lot, a garage, and a unique living space,” Pascal adds. The starting price is between $550,000 and $575,000 plus taxes.

This new, exclusive estate will, of course, be part of the greater Le Maître golf community. Residents will have access to all the services provided, such as the swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts and the private beach on the Diable River. It should be mentioned that Le P’tit Train du Nord offers an extraordinary venue for many outdoor activities such as cycling, running, in-line skating, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Come winter, the residents of this in-demand community can also take advantage of a shuttle service to Tremblant Resort.

“More than a residence, this is a true lifestyle,” Pascal De Bellefeuille emphasizes. If you would like to take an owner’s tour, Pascal offers a worksite and estate visit in a 1972 British Land Rover. You will be able to explore the magnificent natural surroundings in which the new Maitre project will take shape.
