The fruit of his labour
Michele Chiarlo Palas Barolo 2018
Due to climate change, every vintage is a new adventure.
This determined “Ironman“of his terroir transforms his harvest into happiness in your glass…the fruit of his labour. Hail can cause devastation which affects several hectares of vines in mere minutes. In Michele Chiarlo’s vineyard, nets are installed to protect – among others – the Nebbiolo grapes.
These latter are the basis of the “Palas”, of the Barolo appellation. It is a clear wine with a typical orange rim. Its complex nose is of gooseberries and ground cherries, with overtones of undergrowth, licorice and truffles. The mouth is flavourful and generous, woven through with friendly little tannins.
No need to wait; enjoy it now

Vignerons des Pierres Dorées Beaujolais Rostre de Bélemnite 2019
Small and discreet in quantity, the white wines of Beaujolais represent only two percent of the production of this wine region, known primarily for its charming reds.
The Vignerons des terres dorées collective works to make known the Beaujolais personality of its chardonnay.
The pale gold colour is attractive; the nose is equally seductive with its fragrance of perfectly ripe pears, and its grilled notes. Fullness, Jurassic minerality, a touch of vanilla and lightly
perfumed.
Charming with stuffed squid.

Saint-Vincent Bandol Domaine de la Tour du Bon 2022
Do you enjoy a gourmet picnic? Add a Bandol rosé in the cooler.
That of the Hocquard family is characterized by an assemblage – mix – of cinsault, grenache and clairette and by its delicate price.
This Provencal treat, light salmon in colour, is full-bodied, dry and made with care.
With raw fish as a tartare or a chicken couscous sprinkled with Tabel spices.
Keep summer going year-round!
