Developer of a portfolio of high-end properties, Tremblant Hosting specializes in the rental of five-to-six-bedroom furnished residences in Mont-Tremblant.

“It’s a unique product,” according to Marie Sicotte, real estate broker and co-owner of the business, who emphasizes that this type of property is hard to find – read, almost impossible – on the short-term rental market.

“As owners, we want to provide a quality product we can be proud to offer,” explains Normand Balthazard, Marie Sicotte’s partner.

In business for the past two years, the company currently provides six high-end properties for rent. These latter are entirely furnished with great care, decorated and maintained by Tremblant Hosting. On the walls there are huge photos of some of the most beautiful places in the region, but not only that. The photos, taken by none other than Normand, also have us travelling, particularly in amazing locations in Scotland. The kitchen is, of course, fully equipped: espresso machine, raclette appliance, decanter and even a food processor are there for the renters to use.

“We invest in our properties, because we want to offer an experience,” Marie and Normand explain. According to them, their luxury properties attract two distinct types of clients: large families, and groups. It might be a group of friends or sporting types coming to enjoy the golf courses or participate in an Ironman triathlon, or perhaps corporate groups.

“We have never had an unfortunate situation,” Normand mentions. “The clients recognize what is beautiful, appreciate it and take care of it. We have one property where everything is white, including the furniture, and we have never had a problem. The property is impeccable.”

We should note that pets are welcome, and that everything has been anticipated for their comfort and the peace of mind of their owners.
