A unique real estate project will soon take shape on renowned Lac Tremblant. For the first time, new condos will be built on its shores. They’ll face the mountain and provide exceptional views of the resort.

The project is by Habitations Luma, with Cédric Grenon heading up the business responsible for Station Nature and Indigo Tremblant, two well-known residential projects in the Mont-Tremblant area.

Developer Cédric Grenon acquired Cuttles and its land on July 20. The mythical Cuttles/Hôtel du Lac will make way for a building housing 72 spacious two- and three-bedroom condos, of contemporary design, with direct access to the lake and all its water-based activities.

It’s a four-storey building, avant-garde in design, to be built facing the lake and nicely integrated into its natural surroundings. The project will provide luxurious shared areas including an outdoor pool, tennis courts, areas for relaxation, a private beach and dock, indoor parking and elevators.

“Every unit will have a large balcony with a view of the lake,” says Cédric Grenon.

Four different possibilities are available for the interior layout and the condos will be from 1200 to 1500 square feet in surface area. For a more personalized choice, designers will work with the future owners.

For the first time, Habitations Luma will collaborate with Huma Design and Architecture, which is one of the best-known design firms in Québec. The prestigious company has accumulated, over the past ten years, a number of awards and distinctions bestowed by its peers and by national and international audiences.

“I wanted a firm clearly capable of creating a project of this calibre. Given the exceptional site, I wanted an exceptional team,” explains Cédric Grenon.

The team, already fully engaged in planning the LAGO project, is making an in-depth study to provide top quality materials that will last. While the project is only beginning, Mr. Grenon states that the lines of the building are refined and minimalist and that there will be a great deal of wood and windows.

The impassioned professionals are busily working to provide high-end residences in a peaceful area suitable for outdoor activities, while respecting the natural environment.

LAGO Tremblant: 365 days of leisure activities

The private beach will allow for the enjoyment of a variety of water-based activities such as canoeing, sailing, swimming and more. The condominiums, located across from Mont-Tremblant resort, will provide easy access to hiking trails and ski slopes.

“Lac Tremblant, which is so admired, provides one of the loveliest – if not the loveliest – views of Mont Tremblant and Tremblant resort,” Cédric Grenon believes. “Its peaceful tranquility and the breathtaking setting, in constant movement, make this a truly privileged place to live.”

Construction is expected to begin in the coming spring and the project should be completed in 2021.
