Little kids, boarding

On December 16, Burton El Rigleto day will work to transmit a passion for snowboarding to the little kids: children aged six and under. The parents will be accompanied in the experience of teaching this sport to their tots. The day’s popular big brother, Burton El Nino, will be held on April 8. At that time, the coaches will work with young people aged six to 12 as they learn freestyle. Be careful: places are limited. Registration will be on the day of the event at the Burton Tremblant shop. Door prizes will also be awarded. The events are made possible by Burton Tremblant boutique and by the Association Québec Snowboard.

In the snow parks

Two of the mountain’s three snow parks will boast eight new modules this year. Six will be dedicated to learning in the Évolution zone, whereas two mega-modules will sit in state in the Adrénaline park. Since 2015, more than 25 structures have been set up or will be set up this season. In all, park fans will have more than 50 modules and completely redesigned run lines to enjoy.

More snow

The 31 new snow guns, which use less water, less air and less energy, are amazingly efficient. Particularly effective when temperatures are marginal, these new snow guns bring the total to 1164!

A new groomer, the Bison Tiers – IV, will also make its first appearance among the mastodons that spruce up the trails. Who knows? Maybe you’ll see it in action during the torchlight descent on New Year’s Eve.
