Verbier: luxury condominiums on Le Géant golf course

Mont-Tremblant’s real estate portfolio is acquiring a new residential project, Verbier Tremblant. In view of the lack of available units in a market where demand is strong, experts are delighted by the coming of the newcomer, which takes its name from a small village in the ski atea called Les 4 Vallées, in Switzerland.

Tremblant Express contacted André Parisien, consultant with Engel & Völkers and listing agent for the new project.

Waddell Construction, a well-known local company which has just completed another phase at Tremblant Les Eaux, will build the ten condo resort buildings on the 18th hole of Le Géant golf course.

The units will have from two to five bedrooms and the target customers are individuals and families attracted by the active, environmentally-focused lifestyle for which Mont-Tremblant is known.

They can take advantage of the fact that this development is right in the centre of snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, mountain-biking and hiking trails and close to Le P’tit Train du Nord linear park. The site will also include a swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor fireplace.

Those wanting to enjoy our mountain will be happy to know that Verbier condo owners will have Montagnard status and a shuttle service, and will be part of the Tremblant Resort Association.

The residential project was officially launched on December 16, 2019, since when it’s been possible to reserve one’s unit on the website verbiertremblant.com. Signing of contracts is anticipated in January 2020 and the delivery date is expected to be at the end of the same year, 2020.

Other phases are being studied, so don’t give up hope if everything sells too fast; your dream could come true in the next developments.
