An active life at Pure Tremblant

The real estate project Pure Tremblant, launched in 2014 and located on Le Diable golf course, is a luxury community sited in beautiful natural surroundings.

Gracefully rolling countryside and a forest criss-crossed with trails for walking, cross-country skiing and cycling allow its residents to take full advantage, spontaneously, of the outdoors all year round. Tremblant Expressmet with France Villeneuve, who created this gem which, at term, will number 39 units.

France Villeneuve and her husband Sylvain Farrand fell under the spell of Mont-Tremblant during the very first Ironman Mont-Tremblant, in 2012. The two contractors, with thirty or so years of experience in the field of residential construction, lived in the suburbs of Montreal at the time.

“We fell in love with the event, but also with the region,” says France Villeneuve. “It was really love at first sight. We didn’t have any experience with Mont-Tremblant in the summertime and realized that it was like a huge playground with activities for the whole family, year round.”

The project

The square footage of the units, distributed over three storeys, varies with their architecture, which allows for variety in the offering. Some units, 3,200 square feet in area, have four upstairs bedrooms. Others have two upstairs bedrooms and another at the garden level.

“It means, for example, that you can have a double-height living room,” Mme Villeneuve remarks.

The units are south-facing, look out onto Le Diable golf course driving range, and are filled with light thanks to the many large windows. In summer, a heated outdoor pool with three 25-metre lanes means that training is just steps away. The residents also benefit from the perks of Tremblant Resort’s Club des montagnards.

“I really listened to my customers for this project, but I also recognized my own requirements as a resident. I am an athlete. I need space, a sports-oriented changing room and storage space,” France Villeneuve indicates. “As it happens, my needs are in line with those of many people like me,” she notes.

“Living here equals health. It makes people happy and when you feel good, you feel like going outdoors to play, see the light and breathe the fresh air. It has a magical effect on people…again, it makes them happy,” she concludes.
