New businesses to check out in Mont-Tremblant : La Tite Frette
Gradually, new businesses are opening their doors, offering experience and know-how. Seasoned entrepreneurs or young enthusiasts – often helped by their parents – are the next generation to add to the mix and to our enjoyment.
Craft beers of Québec at the Tite Frette
Craft beers of Québec at the Tite Frette Beer lovers will be happy. More than 350 products from Québec craft breweries are available at the Tite Frette, a beer boutique open since mid-July. The décor is both spacious and Zen, where black dominates to create the peaceful atmosphere characteristic of this franchise group which now has 19 boutiques in Québec.
The beers are classified by type: blonde, red, white (wheat), IPA, lager, pilsner and more. It makes research easier, but can make choosing harder. Luckily, the customer is guided by professionals, who are guided by the customer’s tastes. In Saint-Jovite, Sylvain Guimond and his son Jérémy help you choose with confidence and even if there’s still a lingering doubt… some tasting will confirm your choice.
Tite Frette also offers a “house product” brewed exclusively for it by Québec microbrewers. Prices in line with those in supermarkets are reduced every Monday on orders of $50 or more. Local delivery is available at the end of the day on Fridays and Saturdays for $5. And it’s not only beer. Tite Frette also offers certified-Québec-made snacks and products such as peanuts, dry sausages, crackers, and salsa (mild to spicy) to go with the beer, plus Québec wines. 1242 rue de Saint-Jovite – 819 717-4455 titefrette.ca
