On the road from Mont-Tremblant to Brebeuf, the Picardier Farm is a local stop for veal and poultry. Pierre and Diane Gauthier, who run the farm, are third generation farmers in Brebeuf and come from a long heritage of organic farming.

You will find the meats to be especially tasty, which the Gauthier family explains is due to the quality of life of the animals on the farm. Ensuring that all living creatures have a peaceful and balanced farm life has been their key to success, made evident by the delicious meals that we’ve enjoyed making with their products.
