Real estate: great success for two virtual launches
Verbier Tremblant: 21 condominiums find purchasers
On May 9, despite the lockdown, the real estate broker André Parisien of Engel & Völkers Tremblant, the developer Waddell Construction and the Verbier Tremblant team undertook the first ever virtual real estate launch via Google Hangouts.
Sales of $12.7 million were made in only one day, which represents 70 per cent of the exclusive Domaine du Géant project in Mont-Tremblant. Carried out with smooth professionalism, this tour de force attracted the attention of large-impact media such as the Montreal Gazette and the real-estate-specialized website Livabl.
The first units of the Verbier Tremblant project will be delivered in December of this year. Two additional phases will be built after phase 1.
Lago Tremblant sets a record
On May 23, it was Habitations Luma’s team’s turn to hold its VIP virtual launch. No fewer than 28 condos of the 72 available were sold on launch day, totaling $23.9 million in sales for this new prestige real estate project on the shore of lac Tremblant.
Lago’s architecture is avant-garde, and it offers condos having two to five bedrooms and sumptuous shared spaces as well as direct access to the lakeshore, all in a privileged environment with a fabulous view of the mountain.
