360° immersive film about the art of René Derouin

From October 2 to 31, the immersive film Territoires des Amériques will be presented in the dome erected in Mont-Tremblant’s Espace publique.

The large-format cinematographic production, created by Patrick Bossé and the Figure 55 team, is inspired by the work of internationally renowned artist René Derouin.

The film, like an artistic and virtual travelogue, takes watchers on a voyage through the key places where Derouin visited, lived and found inspiration, from Québec to Mexico.

Following its screening here, the film will be presented at the Society for Arts and Technology (SAT) in Montreal in November. Derouin is, of course, the artist responsible for the stunning work featuring birds on the exterior of the library rotunda in downtown Mont-Tremblant.
