Design your life NOW!

Are you tired of setting goals that just don’t stick?

It’s fun to envision our life the way that we would like it to be; however, if you don’t powerfully set your goals into action through the laws of the universe, then you might just stay frustrated and abandon your goal-setting practice altogether.

I invite you to look at a whole new way to set powerful goals for your life and design your perfect life right now.  We can Be, Do and Have anything that we want in our life.  It is often our limiting beliefs and patterns and that are holding us back.

Step 1

In the present tense, write a statement of gratitude for everything that you feel blessed to have in your life.  Gratitude is the attitude that brings more abundance into your life.

Step 2

Take the lid off your marvelous mind and dream BIG.  Seek it, dream it, believe it.

Step 3

Write out three goals for each area of your life and put a due date.  Starting each goal with ”I am so happy and grateful now that….” Goals may be related to family, to physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, social or vocational matters, or….

Step 4

Identify your top goal in each category and describe who you need to become to achieve this goal.  Describe the thoughts, feelings and actions/ behaviours.

Example:  I am so happy and grateful now that I weigh my happy weight.

Due date: March 2020

New thoughts: positive, uplifting self-talk

Feelings: good in my body, joy, proud for making healthy decisions

Actions: I take daily healthy actions; I am consistent in my actions.
