Namasté & Ratatouille – Cooking & Yoga

This day camp, which is highly popular with children (and their parents) every year, invites young people to discover well-being and cooking in the delightful surroundings of the Domaine Saint-Bernard.

In the mornings, after starting their day with a healthy meditation and re-centring, the kids are initiated into cooking and, with chef Sébastien Savre, make a variety of dishes and appetizers that they take home.

In the afternoons, it’s yoga, relaxation, and consciousness. The postures are simple and adapted to the age of the children. A nature walk finishes up the day. From July 5 to 9 for kids aged five to 14, and from August 16 to 20 for those aged seven to 14.  m-yoga.ca

TMT: new day camp for young athletes!

A new day camp for youngsters who like sports and the outdoors is being launched this summer. Mountain biking, mountain expeditions, kayaking, physical conditioning, tennis (to be confirmed) and several other activities will be available.

The mission of Training Mont-Tremblant (TMT) is to provide a training program that will encourage the long-term development of young athletes, while creating a fun-filled, stimulating, learning environment for the youngsters.

Whatever their skill level, what counts is the desire to learn new sports, work on those they already practice, move, learn to live in harmony with nature and above all, develop discipline in their lives and make lots of friends. The sports and activities will be adapted every week to a chosen theme. The skills that the youngsters could develop this summer include agility, coordination, speed, strength and endurance.

The camp will accept as many young Anglophones as Francophones. It’s a perfect opportunity to get comfortable with the two languages. The Training Mont-Tremblant (TMT) day camp is for young people from seven to 14 and runs from June 28 to August 20, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
